We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This page explains how we handle dispatch, delivery times and tracking.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery times

• United Kingdom: typically 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• Some items may be dispatched from an overseas fulfilment partner, in which case delivery can take longer; the estimated timeframe is shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by the courier, weather or busy periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free UK tracked delivery on orders over £40.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll put it right.
